You are at a central point of the industrial archeology of Bocairent during the 20th century. Headquarters of the textile industry of the Julià Brothers until 1940, when it passed into the hands of the industrialist Juan Mestre Asensio, expanding the factory in height and width to the adjoining street where the sign of the textile factory can still be seen.
