This winery is a family business with a long winemaking tradition, it is currently the fifth generation of families that is at the head of the winery and the vineyards. The winery and its vineyards are registered in the Valencia Denomination of Origin, in the Clariano subzone. The vineyards, with traditional varieties of the area such as Pedro Ximenez, Malvasia, Mersguera, Tortosina Macabeo and Planta Nova in white, and Garnacha and Bobal inks, to which foreign varieties such as Tempranillo and Chardonai have been incorporated, occupy an area of ​​19 Hectares, are cultivated in dry land and mostly trellised, except the oldest vines, which maintain their formation in glass. The elaboration cellar is located since 1961 in San Isidro Street, the access road to the urban center and 50m from the road, prior to this date its location was in San Pancracio Street. In addition to the grapes from the family vineyards, grapes are usually purchased from the same growers, all of them from the La Vall d'Albaida region. At present the products that are commercialized are all of the present vintage, not being made aging of previous vintages, among others it is available white wine of Macabeo variety and red wine coming from a coupage of Tempranillo, Bobal and Garnacha varieties, as well as a white wine made with Saugvinon blanc and muscatel grapes of small grain that provides an intense and peculiar aroma, and a red wine of Cabernet Sauvignon, all of them marketed under the brand name "Jaraíz".
