The Molí Fariner (“Flour’s Mill”), dedicated to grind all kinds of cereals, is located in the town centre. The building, from the 15th century, has been recently restored and combines the traditional infrastructures with those of a restaurant of exquisite cuisine. The irrigation system from the Font Jordana, popularly known as “la limpia” (where the wheat was rinsed out) still survives. The mill also has all the machinery to grind and classify the grain. There can be visited an interesting and singular collection of items discovered during the building works. We also recommend you to go for a walk through the surroundings of the Molí Fariner and visit the old part of the town.
