Historical building of great importance. It was built by the Mompó-Soriano family in the post-war period (40s-50s) in order to train the children of Montaverner and the neighboring municipalities, a task carried out by the Capuchin Tertiary Sisters of the Sagrada Familia and the Secular Institute "Amoris Opus". The main access of the building is on San Pancracio Avenue. It presents an architecture of unitary volume developed in two plants that distribute dependencies from a central patio with a well in the middle. In the back it has a garden -  characteristic orchard of monasteries and convents. The facade is composed of pinnacles and a central altarpiece dating from 1945 made with polychrome glazed ceramic paint with 42 pieces. The windows respond to a pointed style.
