It is one of the towns that remained after the expulsion of the Moorish, decreed by Felipe III (II of Valencia) in 1609, and that belonged to the Lord of Benissuera (Bellvís). There is located the hermitage of Colata that houses the virgin of Loreto, dating from the nineteenth century. Stand out the columns of Ionic order of the door and the interior is decorated in neogothic style.
