There are the hermitage of “Sant Joan” of the XIII century and the hermitage of the “Mare de Déu d’Agost”, built in 1245, above one of the entrances to the village named The Portal of the Mare de Déu d’Agost, so that, the virgin could protect all who entered through the gate. This was a custom extended by the troops of Jaume I during the reconquest.There are also other hermitages : The hermitage of the “Mare de Déu dels Desemparats”, from the 18th century.
The outer hermitages are four, arranged so that they form a cross with the village: the hermitage of the “Sant Crist”, from the 16th century, the hermitage of “Sant Jaume”, from the 15th century, the hermitage of “Sant Antoni de Pàdua “, from the 18th century and the hermitage of” Sant Antoni Abat “, built in the 16th century.
