The "snow oven" (Horno de la Neu) is a cavarefrigerator with a circular plant located south-west of the town center, with a diameter of 6.60 meters. The cover is a false low dome that has a decorative top in the center. Its small size is a test that only supplied the town of Agullent, without interfering with large-scale trade.
