Herbero (Herbal liquor) - Bocairent

Herbal liquor It is one of the four liqueurs that belong to the Denomination of Traditional alcoholic drinks of Alicante. Its origin goes back to the Arabs who began to distill with the native herbs of the Sierra Mariola. It is a liquor with an alcohol content that ranges from 25º to 40º, dry to the palate, with a mountain flavour and herbs.
