The group of dances La Balleruga was born in 1978, fruit of the restlessness of a group of young people of the town to recover and maintain the traditional dances and dances in Alfarrasí, coinciding with the First Meeting of Dances of the Vall d'Albaida held in Quatretonda. The recovery of the "Nanos" has been an illusion of the members of the group and, thanks to our city council, they have been able this year to take them back to the procession of the day of Christ in the patron saint’s festivities. The group currently participates with a dance in the festival of Sant Antoni , the Festival of the Dance of the Vall d'Albaida, and from this year we take them out to all the acts that participate, and where they are required to make known our traditions.
