One of the most important monuments of the town of Llutxent is its old Castle-Palace located in the highest part of the city from which formerly the entire territory was dominated. It is located at the highest part of the village. It was built by the Proxita between the XIII-XIV centuries in gothic Valencian style. It has square plan with four towers arranged around a patio. In its interior emphasize the paintings of the noble plant.
