We pass in the eighth stage arriving at Benigànim, locality of "Arrop and Talladetes" and artisan chocolate.

Municipality of culinary tradition in the art of desserts such as arrop and carvings. It is a juice made from grapesfigs, although it can also be made from carob, sugar, honeyany sweet fruit. Traditionally, arrop was made from grapes, but today it is more common to make figs and pieces of fruit called "Talladetes" are mixed. Three stages of the production process are distinguished: the preparation of the pumpkin, the press of the grapefigs and the boiling of the extracted juice.

The sale of this traditional and artisanal product can be found in the “Maño” (96 221 61 22) and in the arig house in Benigànim (96 221 62 80). Another dessert of great pleasure is the artisan chocolate from the family business founded in 1925, (Benavent chocolates 96 221 54 50).
