Bodega el Angosto is located in Onteniente (Valencia), and belongs to the D.O. Valencia, is in the sub-area of Clariano, located to the south of the province, in the region of the Vall d’Albaida, in the triangle formed by the muncipios of the Font de la Figuera, Moixent, Fontanars dels Aforins and Ontinyent. Finca Santa Rosa is just 1.5 kilometers from Onteniente, capital of the Albaida Valley, the surface of the house is 10,000 square meters, being spectacular for its grandeur and beauty. The name of El Angosto comes from the vineyards that are in the estate located in the municipal term of Villena, to 425 and 550 meters of altitude on the level of the sea. El Angosto produces high quality wines and owns 90 hectares of vineyard. All this surface is harvested by hand. The planted varieties are the inks: Monastrell, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, and the white ones: Moscatel Grano Pequeño, Macabeo and Chardonnay.s. They use French oak barrels for aging.
