HISTORY: At the end of the 19th century my great-grandfather cultivated the vineyards, made wine to the winery and sold it in bulk in leather to the market of Valencia and Xàtiva. They were young wines. The winery worked until 1910, the year in which the "fil·loxera" spoiled all the cultivation of the vineyard of the valley of Albaida. In addition, there was also a very large drought this time. By the twenties the winery was inactive, and the vines were replaced by olive trees. A few years later the Civil War came and until the forties they did not go back to plant vines againresume the activity. Not many years later, due to the great demand for wine in the port of Valencia, more productive varieties were planted and many wine cooperatives were founded. Thus, the winery made wine for the cooperatives until the sixties that was left with old machinery and the warehouse closed the doors again. In the 70s, many wine vineyards were started again and table grape vines were planted, such as Roseti, Alfonso la vale and Cardinal, which were very good for the export of fresh table grapes. At that time I had a lot of demand for Europe and Barcelona. The last years of the twentieth century, a server, with the wisdom of the vineyard of the father and the help of new techniques in viticulture, returned to plant vineyards of land varieties such as Monastrell, Macabeo and others as far away as MerlotShirah. We have re-launched the winery with the new technologies to make some red wines grown in oak barrels and a young, fresh and aromatic white wines
