The Palace of la Vila is the home of the historical figures of the Gegants i Cabets d´Ontinyent. The six Giants represent three cultures that coexisted in the Middle Ages and the nine Fatheads are inspired basically in characters of the American cinema of the 1930s and 1940s. Also, the figures of the Eagle and the Turtle are exposed. All of them dance through the streets of the city accompanied by the traditional Valencian music of El Regall and Menestrils the Eve and the Fiesta of Corpus Christi and the Purísima (Virgin os the Inmaculate Conception).
