Next to the fountain is the laundry room, built in the 19th century and remodeled in the first decades of the 20th century. The Fountain Raft is built in the 17th century, channeling the various branches of water that came from the mountains and the hermitage, to some puddles and a watering hole, and to irrigate the large orchard. The present source was inaugurated in 1881 although a document of 1574 already mentioned it as the Main Source.
