La Heretat de Pere is located in the municipality of Quatretonda, 3.5 km away from the town of Simona. The old farmhouse dating from the seventeenth century belonged to Uncle Pere. Is one of his grandchildren, who along with part of his family and a group of people, equally excited, are carrying out a project of integral recovery of l 'Heretat. This cooperative project involves both the livestock recovery of the area, and the production of goat's milk cheese in an artisanal way, while promoting rural tourism in the region. In addition, the cultivation of a small ecological garden and the breeding of domestic animals (chickens, rabbits, turkeys, etc.), are part of the recovery of old traditions and are at the same time an incentive for the visitor. The original farmhouse has been rehabilitated, respecting its original distribution, to prepare it for its new activity of rural tourism, preserving all the flavor of the agricultural traditions of the region. It has seven double rooms, equipped with an interior bathroom, some with space for a third bed, and one designed especially for people with physical disabilities. Large central dining room with capacity for more than 30 people, plus two smaller ones, where we also serve for non-housed people, lunch and dinner, previously reserved, especially our oven-baked kid.
