Alcohol tradition dates back to the 18th century. Today it has a handmade distillery of the oldest of the Valencian Community, and over one hundred years of existence. Even their products came to the Royal House of Spain – the year 1892 – when was queen regent Maria Christina of Austria, who also was granted the title of "suppliers of the Royal House".
This still uses the old procedures, resulting in small amounts and keeping the essence of spirits that it seems that they don't spend time making liqueurs and syrups.
Among older products have anise Aielo, Tears of Taxpayer, Perfecto Amor, the "escarxats" and Nuez Cola-Coca.
