Spain is the country of the European Union with more bars per inhabitant, there is a bar for every 169 people, an activity that represents 15% of the Gross Domestic Product. Of course, not insignificant figures. Therefore, to speak about Bar Culture in our country should be a constitutional right. Since Llámame Lola has decided to reinterpret the concept of Bar Culture and take it to the extreme, making it our hallmark. The O3 Gastronomy team is sick of profession and we always try to go a step further. Therefore, if Jauja represents tradition, the living history of a people; if ZOCO, Cuina Urbana, is our most urban proposal, our gastronomic spearhead, where a laboratory has been created to continue growing culinarily starting from the studio; Lola would be the craziest, most self-confident proposal of our offer and, in turn, our strongest commitment to culture.
