The pastries, all elaborated in our facilities in an artisanal way. We buy quality raw material, each piece is unique because by not using machinery the size and shape can vary. Our croissants are made of butter with designation of origin of the Cañada Real in Soria, we do not use margarinesany type of hydrogenated fats. We have a wide variety of muffins, brioches, muffins, cookies and other pieces based on puff pastry. An alternative to our pastries is the lunch menu that includes toast, sandwiches, fruit and cereals.
