It has a rectangular floor plan and stands out for its construction (ceiling with classic refractory brick vault, open space and large windows). The building integrates a museum and workshop as well as the remains of the archaeological excavations of the Palau Ducal de Borja. We also find the oven of clay pitchers (jars) of the eighteenth century being among the ovens that were part of the old pitcher factory. In it, pieces of great quality and measure were cooked. The oven stopped working in the first third of the 20th century. It is the only one left to be visited. Visits must be arranged in advance.
