notoolate is a space of health and leisure created for you with a very special philosophy. It is never too late to take care of yourself, learn and have fun. In notoolate you will find services and activities to take care of your body and your brain. In this space you have at your disposal health specialists (physiotherapy, osteopathy, pilates, nutrition, chiropody, psychology, nursing, clinical analysis, ...) Health professionals who, together with domestic help auxiliaries, offer comprehensive home care, giving support to those who, for whatever reason, need social assistance and can not travel. In notoolate, to physical well-being, we add mental well-being through activities such as learning new things (English, typing and computing), leisure (adventure sports) and personal growth (coaching).
