NUMBER 30- TOURIST HOUSING

Located in the center of historic Ontinyent, a perfect base for exploring the local areas. If you enjoy walkingcycling, plus easy access to local bars and restaurants, this is the place for you.

A traditional, rustic Valencian townhouse with beamed ceilings and tiled floors and an outside patio. Ontinyent comes alive during the month of August, culminating in the spectacular Moors and Christians festival. Breakfasts can be arranged on request.

Space

The house is a tall, three bedroom house with a large back garden patio and upstairs terrace which is a great sun trap!

The two available rooms are on the first and second floors. The larger of the two has a bathroom and opens onto the garden.

The second room is on the first floor with a window to the street.

The shared bathroom is on the ground floor. Here is a large entrance hall that is perfect for storing bicycles.

Services and common areas

I'm living in the house with you, so obviously we need to respect each other's space. I want you to feel at home and have full access to the house as if it were yours. We will share the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom on the ground floor, although the large bedroom has its own bathroom.

You will have your own shelf in the kitchen and fridge for your food and please make use of the sun loungers and garden areas.

Your rooms have individual locks and you will have the keys to the main entrance door.

During your stay

I will be at your entire disposal for any help you need. I can help organize wine tours, restaurant reservations, hiking trails and any other advice you need.

I am English and I speak a basic level of Spanish.

Other notable aspects

The rooms have a double bed. I have an additional single bed if required for a fifth person and this can be placed in any of the rooms according to your needs.

A Spanish breakfast of pastries, bread, omelet, coffee, and juices can be arranged at an additional cost. If you need anything else, such as packed lunches on excursionseven cooked dinners, we can discuss it upon arrival.
