In a small workshop in the center of Albaida, the history of Pastry Soler begins to be baked in 1926. Among almonds, flours, creams and lots of sugar, Rafael Soler marks what will be the story of later generations around the sweets that have made palates taste the best not only of Albaida, but also of neighboring cities and towns, turning Pastry Soler in reference. This pastry tradition has passed from parents to children, cousins ​​and, ultimately, to a whole family that has managed to adapt to the new times and the needs of its customers and friends without losing one of the qualities that make our sweets stand out: the artisan making of cakes, ice cream and nougat. Enter all the elaborations that come out of our workshop, the yolks and nuts to the fondant as well as the sweet potato cakes, the yolk and pumpkin - commonly called Albaida specialties -, the semifreddo tarts, the cakes and the coffee meringues are the sweets that more they ask us behind a counter that can tell stories of all kinds with a very sweet touch.
