Of picturesque feature: an arc of half point through which the ravine of the source of the Cantal crosses. It is one of the oldest bridges (probably of the eighteenth century, the mill) of greatest scenic charm in the entire Albaida Valley. To the other side of the village, in the Fonte ravine, there are other interesting elements of the rich hydraulic heritage of Salem: the source and the washer of the Poet, the well of the Source of the Town, the rafts of irrigation of the ravine, et cetera . Most of these elements date back to the time of the Moors (10th to 16th centuries), but there are many remnants in modern times – the Balsa Nueva –contemporary. The current washer, for example, dated 1969.
