The house is located in the interior of the town of Beniatjar, a small inland town of the Albaida Valley (Valencia), which is located in the protected natural area of Umbria del Benicadell, and at the foot of the path of the mountain that leads to the top of Benicadell. It is an old house with more than 150 years totally rehabilitated.
The house, of 185 m2, consists of two floors with 4 double rooms and one triple, two located on the ground floor and the three remaining on the first floor (all of them with sloping ceilings). Two of the rooms have a TV, and a baby cot is available for guests. It has heating in all rooms and common areas. The house also has dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, TV and DVD player; reading room, music (radio and CD player) and desktop games; kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and washing machine; individual hot water to gas; and two full bathrooms (one on each floor). It has large terraces (more than 120 m2) with furniture and barbecue, and excellent views of the valley (ideal in the sunsets) and Benicadell. The total capacity of the house is 11 seats, and is rented in the form of full accommodation not shared.
