Bodegas Torrevellisca practices night harvest to improve the quality of its wines: the objective is to collect the grapes during the night, when the temperatures are milder (less than 17 degrees). With this technique the enzymatic activity of the grapes is reduced, their oxidation is avoided and their organoleptic potential is preserved. The impeccable wines of the winery are born controlled through a strict program directed by expert winemakers and agricultural engineers, together with the supreme quality of the grapes from the ed plots, which has allowed us to obtain an excellent base product.
