The route from "Jaume I to the Vall d'Albaida", divided into stages, is a cultural tribute to the founding king of the kingdom of Valencia, and an invitation to discover, through his figure - so mythologized throughout the centuries - the colors, flavors and sensations of a Valencian inland region. To get closer to the traces of the Islamic past of the region, it ends as a supplement on the way up in the legendary castle of Rugat, in the shadow of the Sierra del Benicadell. It is a type of tribute to the vanquished, in that historical trauma that was the feudal conquest, divided into 2 stages: from La Pobla del Duc to Castelló, and from here on to the castle of Rugat.
