This year, Natural Defense comes to the Vall d'Albaida to offer you a unique self-defense experience in natural spaces. 🏞️

🗓️ When? Saturdays and Sundays, from March to May, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

📍 Where? In the most natural spots of the Vall d'Albaida.

Our goal is to empower you with physical and emotional tools to face any situation with security and confidence, whether in your daily lifein emergency situations. 🌟

During the sessions, we will take advantage of nature’s benefits to reduce stress, improve physical and mental well-being, and increase your autonomy. 🌳💚
